Meet the Director

My name is Leonard Wright III and I am honored to join West Babylon as the Director of K–12 Student Data and Instructional Technology. I bring more than decade of experience in educational leadership, instructional technology integration, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout my career I have focused on creating learning environments where technology and innovation work alongside great teaching to support student success.

I believe technology is most powerful when it connects students to new opportunities, gives educators the tools and information they need, and strengthens the learning experience while keeping the personal relationships in our classrooms at the center. My goal is to ensure every digital tool, platform, and system in West Babylon supports our mission of providing a world-class education for all students.

I am excited to work together with our staff, families, and community to continue building a future-ready district where technology inspires growth, creativity, and achievement.
