About Michael LoGiudice, Director Of Facilities: 

About Michael LoGiudice, Director Of Facilities: Mr. Michael LoGiudice received an associates in liberal arts from Suffolk County Community College. Michael served in the United States Air Force's Civil Engineering Squadron on Active duty from 2004-2008, where he earned a certificate in ecological control systems from the Community college of the Air Force. Michael deployed to Iraq in 2005 where he was decorated with an Air Force Achievement accommodation for his efforts in restoring the potable drinking water system on Tallil Air Base. 

Michael served as the Head Custodian of Santapogue elementary school in West Babylon, NY from 2017 until 2022.  He served as an Operating Supervisor for Con Edison's steam distribution field operations in Manhattan. In 2023, Michael returned to the West Babylon School district when he was appointed the position of Director of Facilities III. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises the operations of all heads/chief custodians, school maintenance crew leader, maintenance and grounds department.

Reviews requests for and makes recommendations regarding building improvements, renovations, alterations, and equipment.

Reports to the assistant superintendent for HR for personnel procedures; Reports to the assistant superintendent for Finance and Operations regarding budget, purchasing, cost efficiencies, and all operations of the facilities department.
