This is a reminder to everyone that if your child is going to be attending a Private or Parochial school you must submit the Private and Parochial School Transportation form prior to April 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year.

You may download the form from clicking the West Babylon District website here. You will locate the form in the transportation section. The form is titled Transportation Request Form.

If you are registering for a new student to the District you must register in person at the West Babylon School District’s Central Registration office. Please be sure to call ahead for an appointment.

If you are a returning student with no changes from last year, you may mail the completed form to 130 Nill St, West Babylon, NY 11704 (attn: Transportation) or email the form to mmaddi@wbschools.org, or jvaughn@wbschools.org.
