West Babylon School District has been named a 2023-2024 School of Excellence by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association.

West Babylon is one of 226 schools across New York State to earn the School of Excellence award. To apply for the School of Excellence award, 75% of a school district’s varsity teams must qualify and receive the Scholar-Athlete team award. West Babylon has 25 varsity teams. Winning school districts will receive commemorative awards this fall.
