Mandatory Parent and Athlete Meeting
A parent or guardian is responsible to attend a mandatory meeting at the beginning of each season with their child present. This must be done each season to:

• review policies and procedures
• introduce any changes
• provide an opportunity to meet the coach of that season 
• be introduced to his or her team rules and expectations

Additionally various guest speakers will be brought in with relevant information regarding high school athletics.

The dates and times of the meetings are listed by building level and sports season below. You may also reference the flyer that was mailed home in the summer for the same information. 

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
FALL- Sept. 5, 2012 @ 7 pm in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) of the HS
WINTER- Nov. 20, 2012 @ 7 pm in the PAC
SPRING- March 12, 2012 @ 7 pm in the PAC

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
FALL- Sept. 12, 2012 @ 7 pm in EAGLE HALL of the JHS
EARLY WINTER- Nov. 20, 2012 @ 7 pm in the PAC
LATE WINTER- Jan. 29, 2013 @ 7 pm in EAGLE HALL
SPRING- April 10, 2012 @ 7 pm in EAGLE HALL
